Who knows how useful an entry this is! I just want to say some stuff about my often neglected short stories...

They are:
-Fritz Huhnmorder's Retardation (Robot Chicken 'fic)
-Doo Wah Diddy Diddy Dum Diddy Doo (Inuyasha 'fic)
-My Autumn Retard (also Inuyasha 'fic)
-Emo Mario
-The Pooptrix (sesame street/matrix 'fic)

The Inuyasha stories... were so much fun. XD I finished both of them. It actually made me LIKE watching Inuyasha, because I see the characters differently now. (Miroku has a vodka bottle in his robe!) Some day, I'd like to come up with a new one, I just need to think of a new inconvenience for Kagome.

Fritz Huhnmorder was improvised, but going down the toilet. It got to chapter 4.

The Pooptrix got to chapter 4 too. (For some reason, people end up getting stuck at chapter 3 or 4!!!) But it HAD a cool story still with the potential to continue.

Emo Mario was amusing up until I actually had to start designing an adventure, then I avoided it for a while.

I'm just getting at.... that I kind of miss them and occasionally feel bad that none of them get worked on. But I finally realized the way things work:

I'm the husband with conditional loyalty.
My big stories are my wives.
When none of my wives are stimulating enough and we stop having sex,
I go to the short stories,
who're my whores.

But (thankfully) for a while now, my wifes have been rockin' it hard. We have great sex all the time, even try out new positions. So I just don't have a need to retreat to short stories. They are fun but that's all: they have no part in the grand scheme of my career, and none can be published. (Though I'm imagining a Pooptrix cartoon being absolutely hilarious.)

Disclaimer: I do not support infidelity! If you're having a relationship problem, take every step to work it out! Even I work it out with my story-wives, they just don't know that I go to our marriage counseling appointment right after banging a short-story to keep my sanity.
