Crystal Palace II
I did not end up getting any feedback for the script (much to my dismay after the multiple offers)(story of my life), but I finally send the thing off to Catherine just a few minutes ago. There are aspects of the beginning I really wish I had figured out how to change, but it's been 2 months and I've spent all of 2009 so far working nearly solely on Crystal Palace 2. When you've done all you can do and have many other things that need your attention, sometimes you just gotta put the tools down and let the plants grow, if that makes any sense. XD I'm letting fate kick in now.
I'm letting the rest of my writing schedule stay lax for the time being. I've got finals for this term coming up and my Art History grade could definitely use some improvement. We're looking for a car right now and soon after, I've gotta get my license, and if I can do these two things, then I might be looking for a second job immediately since I need a closer one with more hours AND the money it'll cost to go to school in summer, which I cannot make in a month working where I do now.
Crystal Palace III & He's Having My Baby
Things never get finished exactly when they should, but they do get finished. He's Having My Baby appears to be reaching its end... (I'd say three more parts max.) And this month, Kate and I wrote parts 9 and 10 of Crystal Palace 3, and she said she'd be interested in illustrating a tiny bit. It sounds like maybe we're rolling again. (double-squee ^3^)
Tilly & Jo
Lastly, my idea for easing into Tilly & Jo is gonna be something I did in November (YES, in that cold weather!) I would sit out with my laptop on the driveway with a cup of hot tea to get in the mood and write! I'm having trouble getting inspired again, but yes, that's my plan. Every night next week, around 9:00 or so... I hope it works.
He's There
And also... silly as this sounds... by the end of the summer, I want to get back to He's There, so recently I've been gathering all the stuff I wrote for chapter 24 and I might go ahead and put it together to hold myself (and everyone?) over. I got another request on ff.net to return to HT, which is awesome, and... yeah.
