Hi there! Here via DW network.
I remember feeling the same way not too long ago. Things have picked up considerably in the last year or so, mainly due to two things:
(1) I started meeting and adding other like-minded fen to my reading list through Friending Memes like this one.
(2) Joining new communities. Also, last year I started a drawing community called![[community profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/community.png)
drawesome in an attempt to interact more with other fan-artists. We're a small community, but it's been great being able to motivate and encourage each other. :)

Heh. It certainly feels that way sometimes, doesn't it. I have to keep reminding myself that low posting activity isn't always a true reflection of readership. There are a lot of people on DW who these days rarely post, but definitely keep up with their reading lists on a daily basis.
