This is my little space to post about my process, goals, and inspirations as a writer, artist, cosplayer, etc. It has also become a receptacle for existential dread and real life goal setting as a tired, hermit autistic girl trying to find her stride. My main loves are Phantom of the Opera, Labyrinth, Yu Yu Hakusho, and Adventures in Wonderland (1992). I also play and write about Sky: Children of the Light.
I need to like, find a way to make more friends on Dreamwidth. I have almost nothing new to read on my reading page, it's so lonelyyyyyy. What do I do. halp
I remember feeling the same way not too long ago. Things have picked up considerably in the last year or so, mainly due to two things:
(1) I started meeting and adding other like-minded fen to my reading list through Friending Memes like this one.
(2) Joining new communities. Also, last year I started a drawing community called drawesome in an attempt to interact more with other fan-artists. We're a small community, but it's been great being able to motivate and encourage each other. :)
Heh. It certainly feels that way sometimes, doesn't it. I have to keep reminding myself that low posting activity isn't always a true reflection of readership. There are a lot of people on DW who these days rarely post, but definitely keep up with their reading lists on a daily basis.
Glad I could be of help, and feel free to drop by at Drawesome and say hi, dive into the conversations any time. :)
