Okay, here are the new plans.
Yes, I'm a disloyal, indecisive, lazy, bipolar author, to get that out of the way.
Anyway, I decided to swamp myself with work while I'm inspired on the subject, so that I can not feel quite as guilty and know that I'm actually doing something. So I'm going to start taking on my 2009 resolutions by making a new layout for Crystal Palace 2 which is more expansive, professional, and informatory. It will require me drawing new graphics for the layout but that's fine. I also want to do full body + a few in-narrative shots for all of the profiles. I'm going to put the media in a separate category so people can just download the "audiobook" rather than have the page slowed down by a bunch of mp3 players. Also~~~ it really needs that poster. It doesn't even have to be wild and complicated, it can be like the promotional thing I did for CP4.
After that I'd like to do a "promotional poster" for CP3. I already did some illustrations that I posted yesterday, but I'd also like to finally do one for part 6 with computer lines and coloring.
Anddd... the beginning of part 9 is Cosmo moving into his new apartment and singing about infidelity. It's kind of a difficult thing to write together through the computer so I probably need to call Kate up and we'll come up with the tunes and lyrics there. I will probably be the one to write it down... after that, there's luckily some smooth sailing.
Oh! And we were thinking about Akira's drinking problem. For a larger plot branch in CP4, it needs to escalate, so we thought soon would be the time to make him just a bit tipsy. As CP3 goes on, he will keep showing up just a little bit drunker than last we saw him. ^^
So... those are my plans. And to inspire just a little bit of confidence in you, YES, as I have sprinkled here and there in this post, I HAVE been actually making these plans come true. I already started on the CP2 layout this morning. So there. (And I probably will do more tonight. I'm suspiciously excited about it.)

And I'm restarting that when possible. I'll just be starting from chapter 1 whenever I feel like it. (I did write the first couple sentences a week or so ago.)
